Project description
The Phase I Worship Facility is a single story, 22,995 square foot, slab-on-grade, pre-engineered metal building housing a 420 seat sanctuary, a Teen/Haven Room, 5 classrooms, a warming kitchen and administrative area. Site work includes a new common entry/driveway; new access to the three residential lots; 110 parking spaces; front door drop off area; storm water management facilities; and widening and improvements to Old National Pike within the public right-of-way. The total project “all in” budget, including the cost of the land, is $7,242,000.

- Installation of the roof insulation and metal roof started

- Installation of the metal roof and insulation completed
- Installation of the metal studs for the interior drywall partitions started
- All four sides around the building seeded and mulched
- Work on Deccel/Accel land and road widening begun
October 2011
- Rough in installation of both the electrical and plumbing distribution systems begun.
- Installation of all non-structural metal stud framings completed
- Exterior dooors in the metal bulding portion installed
- Near completion on road widening and Deccel/Accel Lanes
November 2011
- Installed the main electrical switchgear and all of the electrical distribution panels throughout the building.
- Began installing the sound attenuation drywall on all sanctuary walls.
- Received approval from Fred. Co Planning Commission for Phase 2 & 3 Site Plan
- Completed the lane stripping for the widened section of Old National Pike
